  • Employment Service Act - The Employment Services Act provides for certain obligations on some employers or institutions with regards to licensing and regulations. We assist clients to meet those obligations.

  • Labour Commissioner Submissions Labour Dispute Resolutions are adjudicated by the Office of the Labour Commissioner in terms of the Labour Act. We assist with the submission of documents and process should such need arise.
  • Representation at Concilliation / Arbitration - Representation of parties at Concilliation and Arbitrtion is regulated, however we duly represent our clients in any arising labour dispute.

T R A I N I N G / S E M I N A R S:

  • Disciplinary ProceduresWe provide training to various institutions and public persons whom need guidance on the practice of disciplinary procedures.
  • Principles of Labour Law / Human Resources - Both Labour Law and Human Resources contain processes that need to be  carried out to ensure fairness. We provide training to assist clients to ensure compliance in terms of the Labour Law.
  • Negotiations - We provide training in the way one should negotiate. Negotiations play a pivotal role in any industry and as such a skill worth learning.
  • Labour Law Updates - Laws change over a certain period of time. We provide training in new sections or amendments as they are implemented by the Government.
